Orders are shipped within 2 - 3 working days or as per the delivery date mentioned in product description at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
Risingromp is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2 - 3 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date mentioned in product description at the time of order confirmation.
You will receive a notification to your registered mail when your order has shipped.

How do I check my delivery status?
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link which you can use to track your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking link to be active.
 If you haven't received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at risingromp@gmail.com with your name and order ID, and we will look into it for you.

Return policy

If the product you have received is wrong or has damage/fitting issues, we will replace the product at no additional cost.

Incase you have recieved a wrong product, a replacement request needs to be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

If the replacement product is not in stock, we will issue store credit/coupon to your account/email.
